Under the sweltering temperatures of Nairobi, Cranes will embark on a more serious rigorous training regime that will not only eliminate extra fat but also improve fitness levels of a majority of the team's foreign-based stars ahead of tomorrow's trip to Angola.
Like kids back to school from holiday, a majority of the players that reported for the first session of the team's four-day training camp in Nairobi, spent the earlier part of yesterday's session reaching out to each other before undergoing drills under the watchful eyes of Cranes coach Bobby Williamson.
