Ughelli — THE lingering legal battle over the election of Mr. Eme Mukoro as member representing Ughelli South constituency in the Delta State House of Assembly took another dimension, yesterday, as Mr. Mavis Ojigho, his opponent in the poll, petitioned the Inspector General of Police, alleging that (Mukoro) of forged the certificate of return in his possession.
Ojigho in the petition by his counsel, claimed that he contested and won the said election to represent the constituency, adding that he was declared winner.
