Nigeria: Kaita, Adeleye Join Tavria

Tavria have officially announced the signing of two Nigerian international players - Dele Adeleye and Sani Kaita- through a statement on their official website, FC Tavria

Dele Adeleye, in the Nigeria squad for two live-wire games against Madagascar on Sunday, comes from Donetsk Metallurg, where he scored three goals in 26 appearances from central defense.

Despite denials by Adeleye, it is widely reported that he tested with Arsenal Kiev this summer, but both parties did not agree on a deal. The Beijing Olympic silver medalist has failed to play a single game in the Ukrainian Championship this season.Adeleye signed a three-year contract with Tavria.

Sani Kaita is no stranger to Ukraine. The former Kano Pillars man played for Metalist in the 2010-2011 season. Last week, allnigeriasoccer.com had exclusively revealed that Kaita was close to a transition to Tavria. The 25-year-old battling midfielder has signed a two-year deal.
