Freetown — As the holy month of Ramadan ended on Tuesday, prices of foodstuff have regained their former trend in the Freetown municipality.
According to Isata Sesay, a petty trader on Abacha Street who deals in plantain, some of her colleagues deliberately increased the prices of their foodstuff with the hope that observers of the holy month will buy them at higher prices.
