THE Namibian Seamen and Allied Workers' Union (Nasawu) has won an interim labour court interdict preventing Tunacor Fisheries from using scab labour as well as using workers not participating in the strike from doing the work of strikers.
About 400 Tunacor employees went on strike late in July after wage negotiations broke down between Nasawu and the fishing company.
