Luanda — The governor of northern Bengo province, João Bernardo de Miranda, said Friday that the inauguration of the "17 de Setembro" bridge, over Kwanza river, is a homage to the first and late Angolan president, António Agostinho Neto, as it happens short before his birthday.
The official was welcoming the head of State, José Eduardo dos Santos, who travelled to the locality of Cabala, northern Bengo province, to inaugurate the bridge.
