Angola: MAT Outlines Guidelines to Launch Rural Trade

Luanda — The Territory Administration Ministry (MAT) outlined guidelines for the launching of rural trade, under the integrated district programme for development and combat poverty, during its Consultative Council started Friday in Luanda and presided over by the incumbent minister, Bornito de Sousa.

Speaking to Angop, at the end of the meeting, held behind closed door, the MAT's Juridical Office director, Laurinda Prazeres, said that the participants analysed deeply the issue related to the transportation of goods from the field to urban zones and vice-versa.
