Zambia: 15 Billion Chongwe-Chibombo Road Upgrade to Boost Development

CHIBOMBO District Commissioner Philip Chabakale has said the upgrading of the 55-kilometre main road connecting Chongwe and Chibombo districts at a cost of K15 billion will significantly promote developmental programmes and enhance investments in the area.

Colonel Chabakale said construction of the road would lead to an increase in business opportunities in the two districts, such as establishment of lodges and filling stations.
