Tanzania: Precision Air's IPO Finally Gets Take-Off Clearance

Dar es Salaam — Regulatory authorities in Tanzania have finally given a leeway to Precision Air, a privately-owned airline of Tanzania and partner of Kenya Airways, to go ahead with its long-planned and often-halted initial public offering (IPO) of shares.

According to the Chief Executive Officer of the Dar es Salaam Stock Exchange (DSE), Mr Gabriel Kitua the bourse cleared the airline to proceed with final stages to submit the prospectus to the industry regulator.
