Zambia: Mukuba Floats Shares to Raise Capital

TORONTO Stock Exchange (TSX)-listed Mukuba Mine Resources intends to offer up to 20 million common shares to raise capital for its projects in Zambia and the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC).

This is according to a statement by the company's President and Chief Executive Officer Trevor Richardson accessed by the Times Business yesterday. Mukuba is a Canadian mining company focused on the exploration and development of the Northcore Project, located on the Copperbelt and Nyimba in Eastern province.
