Ghana: ISODEC Tackles Cultural Barriers to Maternal, Child Health Care

The Integrated Social Development Center (ISODEC) in collaboration with the Ghana Health Services, OXFAM, Navrongo Women in Health and Development (NWHD) and Center for Community Health and Development (CCHD), has taken on the fight to weed out cultural barriers and other constraints to maternal and child health care delivery in over 40 village communities within two districts in the Upper East Region.

Navrongo Women in Health and Development (NWHD) and Center for Community Health and Development (CCHD) are both community-based organizations.
