Namibia: Premier League Semifinals This Weekend

The MTC Rugby Premiership semifinals will take place at the Hage Geingob Stadium tomorrow.

The first semifinal will pit Reho Falcon against Mariental for a chance to play in the final of the 2011 rugby season.

Falcon finished first on the log with 58 points while Mariental finished the season fourth with 47 points.

Mariental lost both matches against Falcon in the season. They lost the first match 30-28 and the second 22-18.

Falcon were the only team to win 11 of their matches while Mariental won eight of their 14 matches.

The other semifinal will see United face off against Rehoboth at the same venue. United finished the season second on the log with 53 points while Rehoboth finished third with 51 points.

During the first round of competition, United narrowly lost 20-19 but managed to win the second round match 27-14.

The match between Falcon and Mariental will be played at 16h50 if none of the preceding First League matches go into extra time. Rehoboth will play United at 18h30.
