The case against six Kenyans suspected of committing crime against humanity demolishes the notion that the high and mighty can enjoy impunity.
They have been reduced to ordinary mortals by the sword of justice. It is not the state of Kenya and/or communities they come from who are under the microscope. These trials, regardless of outcome at this second phase of proving substantial grounds, make it clear that nobody will ever again try violence as means to capture power.
