The government of Japan has extended 6,000 tonnes of fertiliser valued at Sh8.1billion in support of the country's drive to improve food production.
The Japanese ambassador to Tanzania, Mr Hiroshi Nakagawa, said when he officially handed over the consignment that the assistance would help farmers improve their activities if they use the input properly.
