Kenya: Controversial HIV Proposals

You could be asked to take a HIV test the next time you visit your doctor. This is in line with new government guidelines that require all Kenyans to be screened for HIV when they visit any health facility. Peter Cherotich Head of HIV prevention at NASCOP says four in every ten Kenyans are yet to be tested for HIV/AIDS. The new plan will be implemented in the next one year.

    yes, test is neccessary.

    As I know the Cases of HIV/AIDS increase by 13% in 2009. And on a largest HIV dating site HIVlover.com, the number of HIV people increase by 20%. It is a bad thing ...
