A former sales officer at Azar Chemical Industries, Sekondi Takoradi branch, who embezzled the company's money to the tune of GH ¢156,724.288.77 has been found guilty by an Accra High Court.
The court, presided over by Justice C.A.Wilson, ordered the accused person, Samuel Duho to pay a fine of GH ¢1,000 or in default serve a three year jail term. He was also ordered to refund the GH ¢156,724,288.77 being the value of goods he did not account for.
