Angola: State Secretary for Higher Education Visits Luanda Refinery

Luanda — The Secretary of State for Science and Technology and Higher Education, João Teta, visited on Friday Luanda Refinery in Sambizanga district, aimed at learning the real situation on the advance of technology and training of staff.

During his speech, the official said that one of the guidelines of the Angolan executive is the establishment of a national system of science, technology and innovation, aimed at gathering all agents of the referred system.
