A former Nigerian ambassador to the Peoples Republic of China, Chief Victor Chibundu, has thrown his weight behind the federal government on the nation's recognition of the National Transitional Council (NTC) in Libya.
Chibundu who was reacting to condemnation in some quarters against what they considered a hasty recognition of the NTC, said the decision by the government is consistent with the principle of international diplomacy.
