National Social Security Fund has over 270bn/- to spend on construction projects at University of Dodoma, which requires big construction companies with enough capital, human resources and technology hence not possible for many local contractors to undertake alone.
Responding to allegations of favouring foreign firms in awarding tenders for the mega university project during last week's Ministry of Works 50th anniversary of independence conference and exhibitions, NSSF Engineer Karim Mattaka said so far four companies are on site in Dodoma.
