The Front to Defend Egypt Protesters and a number of voluntary lawyers in the case NO. 3642 for the year 2011, conjoined to the case No. 1227 for the year 2011 Qasr El-Nil Crimes (The case of Mubarak and Al-Adly), condemned what happened in the hearing of 24 September 2011, in which one of the lawyers requested recalling the presiding judges without a lawful or a logic reason. Consequently, the trial was deferred and the group of lawyers rejecting this impulsive response split, as some of them went back on their stance rejecting the recall on the basis of personal matters and desire for media fame.
