Luanda — Angola's Health deputy minister, Carlos Alberto Masseca, on Wednesday here admitted that rabies is a problem of public health that affects the population and calls on the engagement of society for its eradication, ANGOP has learnt.
Addressing a speech at the closing ceremony of the national symposium against rabies, the official called on owners of animals to assume their responsibility in the control and treatment of their pets.
