On 26 September 2011 Nomzamo Winifred Madikizela — Mandela, overall better known as Winnie Mandela, turned 75 years. A good vintage, blessed with unparalleled beauty, charisma, and generally good health too and a huge sense of humour, she enjoys her life with her family and community members.

U'Mama Wethu, translated, the 'Mother of the Nation', is South Africa's as well as Africa's most revered heroine, who often single-handedly fought colonial-apartheid at home, while the now ruling African National Congress (ANC) lived in exile, fighting Pretoria's regime from outside. She remained at the coalface, never having regretted any aspect of it.
