Liberian President Ellen Sirleaf-Johnson and two other women, who have all worked for peace and women's rights in Liberia and Yemen, respectively, have been awarded the 2011 Nobel Peace Prize.
The joint winners with Sirleaf-Johnson are Liberian peace activist Leymah Roberta Gbowee and Yemeni protest leader Tawakkul Karman.
