THE Archbishop of Canterbury and central figure in the Anglican communion Dr Rowan Williams arrived in Harare yesterday and led the celebration of a mass at the City Sports Centre where he said Europe should bear its colonial debt to Africa after the West assumed dominance over blacks through imperialism.
Dr Williams delivered his sermon to thousands of parishioners from the Anglican Church of the Province of Central Africa's Harare diocese.
