Uganda: Work At Agriculture Ministry Stalls Over Relocation Woes

Work at the Ministry of Agriculture, Animal Industry and Fisheries has stalled over disagreements to relocate from the old headquarters in Entebbe to a five-storey building in Kampala.

With the exception of the four ministers who refused to relocate until November, officials from other departments who could not defy the Permanent Secretary, Mr Vincent Rubarema's orders, shifted but later returned to Entebbe.
