Luanda — The deputy governor of northern Cabinda province for Social Affairs, Alcina da Lomba, said Saturday in Luanda that the region could become self-sufficient in terms of food at medium term.
Speaking to Angop, the deputy governor said that thanks to full support from Government for rural development and the wise guidance of the head of State a significant investment has been made in non-oil sectors like agriculture.
