The Abuja Extraordinary Summit of Heads of State and Government of the Economic Community of West African States (ECOWAS) yesterday ended in deadlock without resolving who will become the next President of the Commission.
The one-day summit which took place at the Nnamdi Azikiwe International Airport, Abuja, was on the rotation of statutory positions in ECOWAS States.
