AN Evangelist serving under the prisons Fellowship mission has urged President Micheal Sata to seriously consider the state and plight of prisoners in Zambia and find better ways of decongesting some of them.
Moses Chansa an ex-convict said most of the prisons were congested due to an increase in the number of remandees being detained there while waiting for trial.
