Gambia: Njogu Demba's First Goal Secures Win for Esbjerg

Gambian international Njogu Demba scored his first goal upon his return to the Blue Water Arena and Arnor Smarason accounted for the other as Esbjerg fB secured a 2-1-victory over FC Blokhus to consolidate their grip on top spot in the Danish second division at the weekend.

Besides the injured Jesper Lange, EfB had a full squad at its disposal and Morten Karlsen played as the link between midfield and attack while Njogu Demba-Nyren and Arnor Smarason teamed up in attack and the duo illustrated their skills in the best way becoming a constant threat to the visitors defence and their goals were enough to secure the win.
