Awka — Prof. ABC Nworah , Medical Director, Nworah Hilltop Hospital, Amawbia, had appealed to the striking medical doctors to go back to work while negotiating when Governor Peter Obi when he approved 50 per cent to them against the 100 per cent they were requesting.

Nworah was not alone in his plea as other senior medical doctors were in that spirit that one should be working while negotiating for better pay. They turned the golden opportunity down.
