Sudan: 7,000 Darfur Refugees Suffer Epidemics

Abuja — OVER 7, 000 refugees in Darfur in the republic of Chad are presently facing the scourge of epidemics as a result of the inhumane condition of the camps, says university don in Abuja yesterday.

Dr. Abbah Gambo, of the University of Maiduguri, stated this in an address at the fund raising for the relief of Darfur refugees organised by the Worldwide Association for Relief of Darfur Children (WWARDC).
