Windhoek — Minister of Regional and Local Government, Housing and Rural Development Jerry Ekandjo, says due to health risks, the City of Windhoek (CoW) should dispose of expired food items safely and under stringent measures and supervision.
One of the measures, the minister said, would be to electrify the fence around dumpsites where hungry citizens descend for their meals.
