I believe in the presumption of not guilty until proven guilty. Just because someone is charged with a crime and they appear in court does not necessarily mean that they are guilty. Yet, when my 'brothers and sisters' appear in court and they see cameras, it puts more fear in them than anything that I can imagine.
Their presumption is probably that they will be branded guilty.
