Nigeria: No Drug Firm Has Who Stamp - NAFDAC DG

Nigeria may continue to depend on drug importation for a long time for an obvious reason: none of the fledgling drug manufacturing companies in the country has been certified by the World Health Organisation, WHO, to produce and sell drugs.

The director-general of the National Agency for Foods, Drugs and Administration Control, Dr. Paul Orhii, made the revelation in an exclusive interview with Leadership Weekend.
