Maputo — The Japanese government will provide about 175,000 US dollars to finance a water supply project in Maputo province, and to rehabilitate a primary school on Mozambique Island, off the coast of the northern province of Nampula.
The school rehabilitation is costed at 94,800 dollars, while the budget for the water project, involving the drilling or rehabilitation of 19 boreholes, is 79,800 dollars.
