Suspended Communication Commission of Kenya director general Charles Njoroge will know his fate next month. High Court Judge Mohamed Warsame will on November 18 rule on whether his removal from office in August, following a case filed by the Federation Consumer of Kenya, was unconstitutional.
While making his final submission yesterday, the former CCK boss pleaded with Judge Warsame to find that his suspension was unfair and unprocedural. He maintained that he was deprived of an important right by the court when the judge issued the order removing him from office without hearing him first.
