Nigeria's apex maritime regulatory authority, Nigerian Maritime Administration and Safety Agency (NIMASA), has arrested four vessels that were engaged in illegal oil bunkering and cargo transfer in Nigeria's territorial waters.
The vessels, including MT Ortakor-1 and MT Maroni, were caught by men and officials of NIMASA Maritime Guard on Nigerian water close to the Republic of Benin while conducting illegal transfer of oil.
