Namibia: Gibeon CEO Hits Back At Tender Claims

THE Gibeon village CEO, David Lamberth, has denied claims that he had awarded a N$375 000 road upgrading tender to Namaland Enterprises without following correct tender procedures.

Lamberth yesterday reacted to claims that he had failed to provide the council with a tender award agreement between the council and the company in question, and the council's tender board meeting minutes to prove he had followed the tender procedures.
