The criminal trial involving Lawyer Omar Dodou Mbye continued on Wednesday at the Kanifing Magistrates Court presided over by Magistrate Taiwo Ade Alagbe where the third prosecution witness, detective corporal 1068 Gibril Colley mounted the witness box to give his evidence.
PW3 who is attached to the Criminal Investigation Department (CID) unit of the Kanifing Estate Police Station said he recognized the accused persons as they had a case at the said station pertaining to obtaining money by false pretence on the 19th of July 2011.
