Pretoria — With less than a month to go before COP 17, President Jacob Zuma has warned that if parties fail to renew and sign the Kyoto Protocol, this would be a major setback for the world.
Speaking at a Socialist International Commission on the priorities and targets for the 17th Conference of Parties (COP17) to the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change, Zuma said the summit would require special effort to reach consensus.
