The ambition of former candidate of Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) Jibrin Echocho Isah to be re-instated in the December 3 Kogi State governorship election has been thwarted following the dismissal of his motion against the party's candidate Captain Idris Wada by an Abuja High Court.
Delivering judgement on the suit yesterday, Justice Sunday Alade-Toyinbo held that the court lacks jurisdiction to entertain the matter.
