Limulunga — THE Barotse Royal Establishment (BRE) has said the people of Barotseland have been injured and are bitter because of the abrogation of the 1964 Barotseland Agreement by the successive governments.
And the BRE has opposed some terms of reference of the Commission, claiming this was tantamount to declaring a referendum on the Barotseland Agreement of 1964 using the backdoor without regard to the traditional authority.
