With 4 days to the presidential elections, the opposition Congress for Democratic Change has advanced more preconditions that would see the constitution butchered, insisting on seats on the National Elections Commission (NEC), foreign supervision of the elections, and state payment of all its poll watchers.
In a position document it presented to NEC describing the elections as 'flawed' contrary to international observers' position, the party said it needs "details of administrative arrangements for its participation in the election.
