Iyaaa... was the word on many lips of the thousands of fans who turned up for the 16th edition of the Safaricom Safari Sevens being held for the first time at its new home, the Nyayo Stadium in Nairobi. The Kenyan flag was imminent everywhere from the flags to the t-shirts and also on faces of enthusiasts change of venue did not deter die hard rugby fans from turning up in droves.
Security was the order of the day as high flying teams including Samoa, Spain, Bristol, Zimbabwe, Emerging Boks freely walked around and mingled with the fans.
