Women in Murang'a county want the government to prosecute police officers who they claim tortured and harassed them as they hunted for members of the outlawed Mungiki sect.
"The government should also be compelled to pay for the property that was destroyed during the operation," they told the Truth Justice and Reconciliation Commission (TJRC) on Friday.
