Sudan: E. Equatoria Governor Sacks Magwi County Commissioner

Juba — Louis Lobong, the Governor of Eastern Equatoria has sacked the Magwi county, in the wake of continuous clashes between the Madi and Acholi communities over land.

The decree relieving Peter Bongomin of his duties, after over two years of active service, was issued over the weekend, with no mention of his successor.
