Makadara MP Gidion Mbuvi alias Mike Sonko has landed in another court case. The MP was yesterday in court accused of breaching airport rules. The prosecution said an amendment to the former charges had been done to include an additional one stating the Mp declined to have his fingerprints taken at the CID offices at Jomo Kenyatta International Airport.
Sonko was charged with creating a disturbance and assaulting a police officer in September after he allegedly tried to push his way through the departure lounge at the airport. The MP was in court for the hearing of the case but was ambushed by the new development, promoting his lawyer Alfred Mutinda to request for an adjournment.
