Liberia: 'Cdcian' Charged for Looting

Nathaniel Mendin, 34, whom court officers say is an ex-NPFL fighter and currently supporter of the Congress of Democratic Change (CDC), was charged Thursday with looting and vandalizing Kailondo Gas Station during a riot of the party's supporters that spilled over on Tubman boulevard on 7 November 2011.

Defendant Mendin was charged with criminal mischief and theft of property before being remanded at the Monrovia Central Prison pending trial.
