Nigeria: PHCN Workers Protest Over Query

23 November 2011

Kano — Electricity workers yesterday prevented the Chief Executive Officer of the Kano distribution company of the Power Holding Company of Nigeria (PHCN), Alhaji Muhammad Balogun from entering the company over a query he issued to the secretary of the union, Comrade Saminu Hassan.
