THE Namibia Public Workers' Union (Napwu) will not hold an elective congress this year, although its constitution states that the congress must be held once every four years. The last time Napwu held an elective congress was in 2007.
When asked what the terms of office for Napwu office bearers are, the union's deputy president Moses Ikanga said they hold office for four years according to the Napwu constitution.
